What Can You Expect From Teen Therapy?
Intake Session
The intake session involves both the teenager and parents to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges they’re facing.
During this session, the therapist will gather important social, family, and medical background information. They will also explain the therapy process, outline what to expect, and collaborate with you to set clear therapeutic goals.

Subsequent Session
Attending therapy sessions ensures a safe, private space for your teen to openly express, understand and explore their emotions and thoughts. Our therapists are committed to guiding and assisting them in developing emotional resilience and equipping them to face life’s challenges.
Although information obtained are kept confidential, parents will be kept in the loop regarding their teen’s progress in-therapy, while being provided with various strategies to assist and support growth out of therapy.
