On the 16th and 17th of July 2025, we were honoured to be invited by Sinar Daily to participate in their “Choose Your Hard” event at UniRazak.

As part of our contribution, BrightPsych facilitated an activity called Confession Sessions, open to participants of all age groups. The intention behind these sessions was to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals could openly share their struggles and experiences — with the hope that through sharing, each participant would feel truly heard, supported, and reassured that they are not alone.

Some of the heartfelt topics that emerged during these sessions included family commitments, individuality, and academic stressors. These conversations not only highlighted the challenges many face but also reminded us of the power of community, empathy, and connection in navigating life’s “hards.”

Together, we created a space of understanding and encouragement, reaffirming the message that while life presents its challenges, we don’t have to go through them in silence.
