Amanda is a Clinical Psychologist with a dedicated focus on supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of emotional and mental health challenges. She takes a practical, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.
She aims to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to work at their own pace while being able to have an outlet to vent every now and then. Her areas of interest include anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, and supporting personal growth through life transitions.
Outside of work, Amanda chooses to stay active by heading to the gym, and engaging in sports with friends as much as she is able to.
She also believes in keeping therapy straightforward but maintaining compassion, supportive, and focused on real, meaningful change.
