Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Rexon is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults, and getting to know the person behind the challenges they are experiencing. He believes that therapy should be a space where people feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves, including having a place to vent, make sense of what they are going through, and figure things out together. Rexon takes a practical and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based approaches while adapting to each person’s needs, personality, and pace. His areas of interest include mood related difficulties, anxiety, autism, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, and personality disorders.
Outside of work, Rexon enjoys playing sports, spending time with the people around him, and trying new things whenever he gets the chance. He hopes to bring warmth, curiosity, and a little bit of humour into his work, while keeping therapy approachable, meaningful, and focused on helping people move forward.
