Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Faghira Izzah Qistina is a trainee clinical psychologist with experience working with both adults and children experiencing psychological, emotional, and interpersonal difficulties. She believes that therapy should be accessible and provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals from all walks of life. Her approach focuses on helping individuals improve their quality of life while supporting personal growth and healing through a collaborative therapeutic journey.
Faghira integrates approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with person-centred techniques to support each individual’s needs. Her areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and neurocognitive disorders. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented and marginalised communities. Faghira strives to create a safe and accepting space where individuals feel comfortable expressing themselves, processing their experiences, while being true to themselves without fear of judgment.
