Ines Chedia
Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Ines Chedia is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist who aims to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can navigate their experiences and work towards regaining their resilience.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Ines takes a client-centred approach to ensure that therapy is meaningful, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes that meaningful change can begin with something as simple as sharing your feelings with one trusted person—and she hopes to be that person for you.
Ines is also an LGBTQ+ and queer-affirming therapist who is committed to creating a safe and accepting space for individuals across the LGBTQ+ community. She believes that everyone deserves to be treated with compassion, dignity, and care, and strives to ensure that clients feel respected, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Ines works with both adults and children and has experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. Her love for working with children has further deepened her understanding of the importance of following the child’s lead, recognising their individual interests, and using these as a foundation to motivate and engage them in a way that feels natural, empowering, and developmentally appropriate.
