Jacinta Ser Qian Tyi

Jacinta is a Speech Therapist dedicated to supporting children and their families to achieve meaningful communication outcomes. After several years of practising in Australia, she has relocated back to Malaysia, bringing with her valuable international clinical experience.

Having practised in both Australia and Malaysia, Jacinta brings an international perspective to her clinical practice, integrating contemporary evidence-based approaches with culturally responsive, family-centred care. She embraces a neurodiversity-affirming approach, recognising each child’s unique strengths and working collaboratively with families to support meaningful, functional communication in everyday life.

Jacinta has experience working with children with a wide range of communication needs, including speech and language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), social communication differences, and children who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She strives to create engaging, individualised therapy experiences that empower children and families while supporting each child to reach their communication potential.
