Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Jing Wen is a trainee clinical psychologist who provides psychological support to individuals navigating a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and emotional regulation concerns. She works with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents and adults. She also conducts psychological assessments to support understanding, diagnosis and treatment planning. Jing Wen adopts a collaborative, empathetic, and client-centred approach, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their inner experiences. She values working with clients at a pace that feels respectful and supportive of their individual needs.
Depending on the client’s needs, Jing Wen also integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring the interventions to meet the individual needs of her clients. She is passionate about supporting individuals who have been carrying their struggles silently and may feel unheard or unseen. Jing Wen aims to help clients develop greater self-awareness, enhance practical coping skills and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
