Sydnie is a trainee clinical psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and adults in navigating emotional and mental health challenges. She practices with flexibility, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrates these approaches in ways that fit each client’s journey.
Her areas of special interest include mood-related difficulties, personal growth, and life transitions. She believes that healing begins with understanding, and every journey is unique. For Sydnie, therapy is about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported in taking steps toward growth—one step at a time.
Sydnie also values the role of self-care and self-reflection in both her personal and professional life. She finds joy in beauty and skincare as a form of self-expression, and believes that focusing on her own wellbeing helps her connect more authentically with the people she supports.
